Kunnossapitoasentajaa
Etsimme kunnossapitotiimiimme motivoitunutta ja oppimishaluista kunnossapitoasentajaa, mekaaniseen ja/tai sähkö- ja automaatiokunnossapitoon. Työ sisältää vianetsintä- ja korjaustehtävien lisäksi ennakko- ja määräaikaishuoltoja koko tuotantoympäristössämme. Olet mukana uusien koneiden asentamisessa ja käyttöönoton tukemisessa sekä vanhojen koneiden purkamisessa. Vastaat omaan työhösi kuuluvasta raportoinnista, työturvallisuudesta, siisteydestä ja järjestyksestä. Työ on pääsääntöisesti kolmivuorotyötä.

Olet oma-aloitteinen, huolellinen ja oikealla asenteella varustautunut ammattilainen. Motivoidut, kun pystyt vaikuttamaan työn sujumiseen ja laadukkaaseen lopputulokseen, jotta tuotantolinjat pysyvät käynnissä. Et ole valmis tinkimään työturvallisuudesta ja laadusta. Olet yhteistyökykyinen ja omaat hyvät vuorovaikutustaidot, sillä teet yhteistyötä tuotanto-operaattoreiden ja työnjohtajien kanssa. Kykenet ymmärtämään laajempia kokonaisuuksia, jotta pystyt ratkomaan eteen tulevia ongelmia yhdessä muiden kanssa. Olet valmis panostamaan omaan kehittymiseesi ja ammatilliseen osaamiseesi myös jatkossa.
Odotamme
Tehtävään soveltuvaa ammatillista peruskoulutusta ja työkokemusta kunnossapitotöistä.
Osaamista hydrauliikasta, pneumatiikasta ja mekaniikasta.
Pystyt kommunikoimaan päivittäin suomen- ja/tai ruotsin kielellä. Englannin kieltä tarvitset työssä myös.
Kokemus kunnossapitojärjestelmistä (esim. MaintMaster) katsotaan eduksi.

Underhållsmontör
Vi söker en motiverad och utvecklingsinriktad underhållsmontör till vårt underhållsteam, för mekaniskt och/eller el- och automationsunderhåll. Arbetsuppgifterna innefattar felsökning och reparationer samt förebyggande och periodiskt underhåll i hela vår produktionsmiljö. Du är med vid installation och driftsättning av nya maskiner samt demontering av gamla maskiner. Du ansvarar för rapportering, arbetsmiljö samt ordning och reda inom ditt arbetsområde. Arbetet är huvudsakligen treskift.
Vem söker vi?
Du är initiativrik, noggrann och har rätt attityd. Du motiveras av att kunna påverka arbetets smidighet och ett kvalitativt slutresultat, så att produktionslinjerna hålls igång. Du kompromissar inte med arbetssäkerhet och kvalitet. Du har god samarbetsförmåga och kommunikationsfärdigheter, då du arbetar tillsammans med produktionsoperatörer och arbetsledare. Du har förmåga att förstå helheter för att lösa problem tillsammans med andra. Du är beredd att satsa på din egen utveckling och yrkeskompetens även framöver.
Vi förväntar oss
Relevant yrkesutbildning och erfarenhet av underhållsarbete.
Kunskap inom hydraulik, pneumatik och mekanik.
Du kan kommunicera dagligen på finska och/eller svenska. Engelska behövs också i arbetet.
Erfarenhet av underhållssystem (t.ex. MaintMaster) är meriterande.

To meet the company’s development, we are looking for a
Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team, specialising in mechanical and/or electrical and automation maintenance. The job includes troubleshooting and repair tasks, as well as preventive and scheduled maintenance throughout our production environment. You will also assist with the installation and commissioning of new machines and the dismantling of old equipment. You are responsible for reporting, occupational safety, cleanliness and order within your work area. The job is mainly shift work (three shifts).
Who are we looking for?
You are proactive, meticulous, and have the right attitude. You are motivated by being able to influence the smooth running of work and a high-quality result, ensuring production lines remain operational. You do not compromise on safety or quality. You are cooperative and have good communication skills, as you work closely with production operators and supervisors. You are able to understand broader contexts to solve problems together with others. You are ready to invest in your own development and professional competence in the future as well.
We expect
Relevant vocational education and experience in maintenance work.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics.
You can communicate daily in Finnish and/or Swedish. English is also required in the job.
Experience with maintenance systems (e.g., MaintMaster) is considered an advantage.
